Philanthropy Events

Beta Beta hosts two to three large philanthropy events each semester! 

Anchor Splash is a week-long philanthropic event in which teams from the Greek community and around campus can compete to become the Anchor Splash Champion! Events include a singing competition, a silent auction, a range of fundraising competitions and concludes with a pool competition! From synchronized swimming to relay races, belly-flopping to raft building, the fun events are always highly anticipated and it is all in the name of Service for Sight. Anchor Splash is the longest standing philanthropic event on the University of Alberta campus! This year will be the 30th year of it being on the U of A campus.

Desserts with DG is a philanthropic fundraiser held at the Delta Gamma house on campus. It is an evening where guests are invited to enjoy homemade as well as locally donated desserts, with opportunities to learn more about Delta Gamma and our philanthropic mission.
